Learn to ride like a local in Copenhagen – join a free bike class taught by locals
Free bike rental, social ride, and communal lunch included (registration required)
From 13–14 June, Copenhagen hosts the UCI World Tour race, Copenhagen Sprint. To celebrate this (and our upcoming launch of CopenPay 2026), you are invited to a fun, welcoming introduction to life on two wheels in Copenhagen.
You’ll start with a hands-on session to refresh your cycling skills and learn how to ride safely in Copenhagen. Then we’ll join the once-a-year Folkecykelløb — a large, slow-paced public ride where everyone can try part of the Copenhagen Sprint route before the pros arrive. After a couple of kilometres, we leave the ride together and head to UNION in Nørrebro for a relaxed communal lunch.
