Days of Joy

Days of Joy in Carlsberg Byen takes place for the first time, bringing three days of jazz and live music to venues throughout the neighbourhood.

The festival combines tradition with new sounds, featuring established musicians alongside emerging talent at restaurants, bars and cultural venues across the district.

On Saturday, the programme includes Myter & Mursten (Myths & Bricks) at Kildpladsen. Through stories, workshops and digital experiences, the event explores the past, present and future of the Carlsberg City District. The National Museum of Denmark, the Museum of Copenhagen, StoryHunt and local contributors offer different perspectives on the area, from everyday life and brewing history to architecture and urban development.
