Christmas Market at the City Hall Square

Christmas lights, festive stalls and seasonal flavours in the heart of Copenhagen

This December, Copenhagen's City Hall Square welcomes a new Christmas market in front of the city's historic City Hall.

Surrounded by Christmas lights and decorated trees, visitors can wander between festive wooden huts offering Christmas decorations, gifts and seasonal finds. Along the way, there will be hot drinks and food to enjoy while taking in the sights, scents and flavours of the season.

Located right in the heart of Copenhagen, the market offers a festive break from the December bustle – whether stopping by to look for a Christmas gift, enjoy something warming to eat or drink, or simply soak up the Christmas atmosphere beneath the lights of City Hall Square.
