Christiania Christmas Market

The traditional Christiania Christmas Market has been a cherished part of the city’s festive season since the 1970s and remains a popular meeting place for both old friends and new visitors.

With its many stalls and lively crowd, the market offers a unique and atmospheric experience. Around a hundred stalls feature everything from handmade crafts and Christmas decorations to exotic goods from around the world. 

Visitors can also enjoy food stalls, mulled wine, and live music at the weekends – and the market is completely smoke-free and free to enter.
