A. Radiohuset

Radiohuset is a modernist masterpiece designed by Vilhelm Lauritzen in 1934, with one of the most beautiful concert halls in Denmark, a roof terrace ahead of its time and innovative soundproofing. Read more in the Copenhagen Architecture Guide.

B. Copenhagen Plant Science Center

C. Svømmehalskvarteret og Langelands Plads

This former working-class district was built between 1880 - 1920. Frederiksberg Swimming Bath, from 1934, served as a bathhouse for locals. Langelands Plads is an innovative oasis where tiles function as both drainage systems and air purifiers.

D. Frederiksberg Hospital

The buildings of Frederiksberg Hospital from 1903 are nestled among green areas and old trees. Under the theme "Grow the new from the old," a new urban district will emerge here, while respecting the history and identity.

E. Functionalist Villads and Femte Juni Plads

The white functionalist duplexes by Hans Dahlerup Bertelsen were completed in 1933. Bike on to Femte Juni Plads. At number 1, the main building from one of the original farms, "Lykkesholm", reconstructed in 1807, still stands

Flintholm Swimming Bath is temporarily closed

F. KU.BE and Flintholmkvarteret

From the bridge overlooking the metro tracks, you can see the Flintholm swimming bath, Flintholm Station - one of Denmark's busiest stations, and the KU.BE culture and movement house. Feel free to enter KU.BE and explore.

G. Dalgas Boulevard

Enjoy the ride along the wide Dalgas Boulevard where beautiful trees line the villas and apartment buildings. The Frederiksberg Municipality has a tree policy, ensuring that one should be able to see at least one tree from any residence.

H. Domus Vista

Domus Vista at 102 meters from 1969, is one of Denmark's tallest residential buildings, featuring a shopping area and library on the ground floor. Keep an eye out for Nordens Have urban garden and the impressive mural paintings as you continue.

I. Havekolonien Dalgas og Venligbolig Plus

At The Green Path, you will ride by colourful allotment gardens. You will also find Venligbolig Plus, an initiative that brings together students and refugees in shared housing built on the principles of community, integration, and sustainability.

J. Den Hvide By

Den Hvide By (the white city) is a historic residential quarter consisting of building association houses constructed between 1899 and 1900 for employees of the Frederiksberg Gasworks.

K. Diakonissestiftelsen

Diakonissestiftelsen blev grundlagt af dronning Louise i 1863, hvor de første faglærte sygeplejersker blev udlært. Den klosterlignende bygning var færdig i 1876, og selvom hospitalsfunktionen lukkede i 1980’erne, er her stadig uddannelse og udvikling.

L. Den Kongelige Porcelænsfabrik

N. Solbjerg Plads

At Solbjerg Plads, you'll find Copenhagen Business School (CBS) and Frederiksberg Gymnasium. Frederiksberg Centret offers a wide range of shopping opportunities, and a square flourishing with cafés, restaurants, and a cinema.

O. Frederiksberg Town Hall

Frederiksberg Town Hall was constructed between 1941 and 1953. The town hall tower's citizen-donated carillon plays five different melodies daily. Behind the town hall, a new urban space is underway, offering areas for play, relaxation, and events.

P. Allégade

Allégade is the oldest street in Frederiksberg, with a history dating back to 1651 when Dutch farmers moved here from Amager. After a fire in 1697, the area transformed into an amusement venue for the Copenhagen bourgeoisie.

Q. Frederiksberg Runddel og Frederiksberg Gardens

From Frederiksberg Runddel, you can catch a glimpse of the stunning Frederiksberg Palace. Consider a walk through Frederiksberg Garden for a closer look. If the octagonal Frederiksberg Church from 1734 is open, step inside for a visit.

R. Frederiksberg Allé

The avenue with the beautiful linden trees is known for its architectural elegance and cultural significance as a theatre district. The avenue was originally laid out as the king's private road to Frederiksberg Palace in 1703.

S. Danas Plads

Danas Plads is surrounded by beautiful apartment buildings from the beginning of the 20th century - a couple of them have facade decoration by Thorvald Bindesbøll. The playground bustles with activity, while the nearby pocket park hums with insects.
