Torchlight Procession with Nordic creatures

Julebukken honors the creatures of darkness and the return of the light in the old Nordic tradition. The National Museum invites you to a spectacular torchlight procession through the streets of Copenhagen, led by drums of the night’s creatures.

Dressed in masks and costumes, light is spread in the darkness - everyone is welcome and encouraged to dress up as goat, beast, or witch.
