Saunagus & Cold plunge - Scandic CPH Strandpark

Experience authentic Danish winter culture with a free cold plunge and saunagus event at Scandic CPH Strandpark. 

You are invited to enjoy a refreshing dip in the ocean, warm up in a cosy bathrobe, and take part in one of the sauna sessions. 

An experienced winter bather will be present to guide you through the ice-cold experience. Everyone is welcome—offering the chance to warm up, cool down, and discover Copenhagen at its coolest.

Spaces for the saunagus sessions are limited; however, multiple sessions will be offered to ensure that as many people as possible can take part.

Participants are asked to arrive wearing their swimsuit, as changing facilities are limited.
