PASSAGE Festival

PASSAGE Festival has been a dynamic international street theatre event in Helsingør. The festival focuses on local connections, public spaces, and a high-quality artistic programme.

It features both Danish and international artists, presenting premieres, classics, avant-garde experiments, and traditional circus and street theatre. Performances take place in public spaces, not only in Helsingør’s city centre, but also in surrounding towns and housing areas.

With 150-200 performances each year, PASSAGE is one of Northern Europe’s largest living street theatre festivals, hosting events in streets, harbours, beaches, and nearby areas. The aim is to create a diverse, accessible, and enjoyable festival for all.
