Christmas at Bakken

Christmas at Bakken transforms the world’s oldest amusement park into a festive winter setting in the historic deer park north of Copenhagen.

Visitors can explore a Christmas market, go ice skating and enjoy a festive parade, light installations and Bakken’s gingerbread-themed area. Father Christmas visits the park, while Pjerrot, Bakken’s traditional white-faced entertainer, performs on all Christmas opening days.

A selection of the park’s rides and restaurants will also be open, combining the atmosphere of a Christmas market with some of Bakken’s classic attractions.

Christmas at Bakken takes place every weekend from 21 November to 20 December 2026. The ice rink is also open on selected weekdays.
